What areas of Phuket do you cover?
We primarily work across Phuket Town, Thalang, Rawai, Nai Harn, and the quieter parts of Cherng Talay. Our focus tends toward residential pockets rather than tourist-heavy strips, though we can assist across the island depending on the brief.
How long does the rental search process take?
After the initial conversation, we typically prepare a curated shortlist within five to seven working days. Viewings are then arranged around your availability. The full process from first call to signed lease usually takes two to four weeks, depending on how quickly decisions are made.
Can I start the search remotely before arriving in Thailand?
Yes. Many clients begin conversations and review shortlisted properties before they land. We can conduct video walk-throughs and provide detailed written notes so you arrive with a refined list rather than starting from scratch.
What does the monthly support service actually involve?
It varies by property and tenant needs. Typically it includes one or two property walk-throughs per month, coordination of any maintenance requests, receiving deliveries or correspondence on your behalf, and brief written reports summarising what has been attended to.
Are the seasonal rentals suitable for families?
Several of the properties on our list are family-friendly — with private outdoor spaces, proximity to international schools, and access to quieter beach areas. We discuss family-specific needs at the start and filter accordingly.
What is your fee structure and when do you charge?
For seasonal rentals, pricing is set per property and communicated upfront. The rental search service is a one-time fee of ฿25,000, invoiced once a lease is signed. The monthly support service is billed at the start of each month at ฿5,500. There are no hidden fees.
